FREE SOFTWARE UPGRADES
By far the most common source of issues is outdated software on the user's machine. Web browsers, video players, etc. are constantly being upgraded with newer, faster and better versions. The links below are shortcuts to all of the major FREE upgrades that might be needed by your system. If you are having any problems with the site, take a little time to upgrade your software now. By updating your software, you are likely to find that all of your Internet browsing is enhanced.

ONLINE EDUCATIONAL HELP FOR EACH FEATURE
The 2nd source of online help is at the actual feature level. When you are within an area of our site, look for something at the top of the page we call the education strip.

Edu-Strip example

The education strip will offer you from 1 to 4 clickable links that lead education and answers about each particular feature on the site. Typically, an education strip will include at least 3 links:

1. Feature Summary — a "quick summary" description of the feature. It will give you the quickest description of each feature of the site.

2. Manual — an online manual that covers "how to use" the feature. Most answers & help will be found in the online manual.

3. FAQ — The "Frequently Asked Questions" link leads to a list of subscriber questions dedicated to each particular website feature. Answers to customer questions about subjects that are not covered in the online manual will be thoroughly developed by our team and posted in these FAQs. If you have a question about an online offering, this is the area in which to ask it. Between the Manual and the FAQ, chances are good that someone else has already asked the question, and the answer may already be there for you.

4. Risk — This link will cover the major risks associated with trading the recommendations offered in a given service. Be sure to read and thoroughly understand all risks before entering any recommendation.

The education strip offers education specific to each service. It is likely that the answers to most question can be found in the supporting documents available by clicking one of its links. The education strips look exactly the same as you move feature-to-feature, but click the links, and you will find different content at each stop.
