Communicate Manual

There are five major ways for you to communicate with MartinWeiss.com: Help Us Better Serve You, Make-A-Wish, Tell Us What You Think, MyInformation, and Customer Care/Tech Support. This manual walks you through how to use each of these features to its fullest.
  • Help Us Better Serve You

    This survey lets us get to know our members better. For your participation, we are offering a free report of your choice. Here are the details ...

    Taking the survey:

    The first step is to make sure that you are logged into the website. If you do not have a username and password for MartinWeiss.com, please register to gain access. Once you are logged in, answer each question and click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.

    You must answer every question in the survey, unless it says that the answer is optional. However, if you begin to answer the survey and do not have time to complete it, the survey will remember where you left off and will allow you to continue taking the survey the next time you return.

    In general, all of the questions can be answered by selecting a radio button or check box, typing into a text box, or selecting from options in a drop-down box.

    For questions that request a numerical answer, please round up your answer to the nearest whole number. Do not use decimal points, commas, or other punctuation marks when answering these questions.

    Getting your bonus report:

    When you complete the survey, you will see a page with instructions for getting your free report. Click on the radio button next to the report that you want, and click on the View Report button. For descriptions of the bonus reports, click on the name of the bonus report and a box will open with brief descriptions of the reports. The reports are also offered for sale in the Investors University area. You can read longer descriptions of the reports there.

    After selecting your report and clicking View Report, you will gain access to the chosen report in the Investors University area of MartinWeiss.com. You may read or download and print out the report from this area. You will have continuous access to this report so that the next time you visit, you will be able to access this report.

  • Make-A-Wish

    Make-A-Wish is another way for you to express your desires for new products, website and product enhancements, and other general suggestions. Please look at the Make-A-Wish area as a suggestion box. You may not see your suggested changes immediately, but rest assured that we are reading each and every one!

    The first step is to make sure that you are logged into the website. If you do not have a username and password for MartinWeiss.com, please register to gain access.

    To make your wish, click on the sentence that most closely matches the type of suggestion that you would like to make. This will bring you to a text box where you can enter your suggestion. Type in your suggestion and any other requested information, and click on the Submit Your Wish button.

  • Tell Us What You Think

    Tell Us What You Think is a way for you to express your feelings about a particular product or service. We want to hear about your experience -- good or bad -- so that we can ensure that our products and services are meeting the needs of all of our members.

    The first step is to make sure that you are logged into the website. If you do not have a username and password for MartinWeiss.com, please register to gain access.

    To make your comment, please fill out the form on the Tell Us What You Think page. Select the product or service that relates to your comment from the drop-down box. Then, rate your overall experience with this product or service by clicking on the radio button. Next, enter your contact information so that we can follow-up on your comments, if necessary. Finally, enter your comments in the text box and click on the Tell Us What You Think button.

  • MyInformation

    The MyInformation area allows you to manage your contact information as well as review any existing subscriptions to our products or services.

    The first step is to make sure that you are logged into the website. If you do not have a username and password for MartinWeiss.com, please register.

    There are four main categories in MyInformation:

    Customer -- This is where you can correct any spelling errors in your name or business. Click on the customer you would like to edit. In most cases, there will be just one choice. Then, click on the Edit Customer button and make any corrections in the page that appears. When you are done, click the Save button. If you do not want to save your changes, click Cancel.

    Addresses -- This is where you can change your shipping and billing address or add another address to your record. To change your address, click on the address you want to edit and click on the Edit Address button. Then make any corrections in the page that appears. Be sure to select whether this is your billing or shipping address or both. To add an address, click on the Add Address button. Enter in your address information in the page that appears and select whether this is your billing or shipping address or both.

    Contacts -- This is where you can change or add a phone number, username, password, or email address. To make a change to an existing contact item, click on the item that you would like to edit and enter in the correct information in the page that appears. To add a contact item, click on the Add Contact button, select the type of contact item you would like to add from the drop-down box, and then type in the contact information.

    For phone numbers, it is not necessary to put in any dashes or other symbols. For example, enter 8666333026 instead of (866) 633-3026.

    Usernames and passwords are not case sensitive.

    Products and Services -- This is where you can review any existing subscriptions to our products or services. It tells you when you are due for renewal, how many days you have left of your existing subscription, and when your next issue should be available. It also lets you select which email address you would like us to use to contact you about this product or service.

  • Customer Care/Tech Support

    Customer Care/Tech Support is where you should begin if you have a question about anything on MartinWeiss.com. Here you'll find the answers to our members' Top 10 Most Frequently Asked Questions as well as links to other help content on the site.

    If you still can't find the answer to your question, Customer Care/Tech Support lets you know how to contact us with your question. Remember, calling our dedicated customer care staff will likely get you an answer more quickly, but if it's not urgent, email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.
